We are excited to say that a long anticipated start on site is now anticipated within months after extensive engagement with Council and South Gippsland Water to finalise the working design.
Civil Drawings are now endorsed in readiness for the appointment of the civil contractor and we are working through the process of tendering and about to finalise the appointment which will allow us to commence lead in tree felling and site scrape works in the upcoming weeks.
This is a major milestone for the long awaited Glendon Vale Estate and we look forward to providing further updates once the appointment is finalised.
